Melbourne has shamed the country again this week with its disgraceful display from the Australian Open.
For the second year running pictures of tennis violence from the event have spread throughout the world and as a consequence, it's Australia as a country that looks like a bunch of yobos.
Not only that but listeners to the show this week were by and large happy to blame anyone but themselves.
It's an ethnic issue.
It's a police issue.
It's an Australia wide issue.
Well at least we can test that last theory by stripping Melbourne of the Open and sending it somewhere that might be able to handle it without punters allegedly punching police for trying to do their job.
I'm sure Hobart would appreciate it, and do a better job than the self professed capital of sport ever could. Tassie could do with the investment.
